BeyondStyle works with various merchant partners around the globe, and each store's return policy may vary. Please refer to the return policy on the website that you ordered the item from. If you have an issue that has not been resolved by the merchant, feel free to reach out to us (via social media or e-mail) and we will try our best to assist you!

Merchants listed on the BeyondStyle site are independent third parties and BeyondStyle is not acting as a principal, agent, or broker with respect to any advertisers. You agree not to hold BeyondStyle liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any business conducted with our merchants or as a result of the content provided by such merchants through the Site. References to any BeyondStyle product or service do not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service, nor does it mean that the product or service is available in all jurisdictions. Those who choose to access this site from their resident locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
7. Virtual Try-On (VTO) Services and AI Imagery
BeyondStyle provides an AI powered virtual try-on feature that allows you to upload an image of yourself to visualize how fashion products may look when worn. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following provisions:
A. Consent to process facial and body data
The VTO feature involves analyzing the uploaded image to detect facial landmarks and body geometry. These measurements may constitute biometric data under applicable laws. Your use of this feature serves as your express consent for BeyondStyle to process such data to generate the requested AI imagery.
B. Data storage
BeyondStyle stores your generated VTO images on our secure servers. These images will remain in our system for as long as your account is active, or until you choose to delete them manually.
C. General reference disclaimer
The VTO feature uses generative artificial intelligence to provide a visual approximation of a product. You understand and agree that these images are provided for general reference only. They are not intended to represent exact measurements, precise physical fit, or accurate color reproduction.
D. User responsibility and restrictions
Any image you upload for VTO must be either an image of yourself or an image of an individual for whom you have obtained explicit legal consent. You are strictly prohibited from uploading images of third parties without their permission or using the VTO tool to create defamatory, offensive, or infringing content.
E. User-initiated sharing
You may download or share VTO content via unique URL links at your own discretion. BeyondStyle does not use your VTO images for its own marketing or commercial gain. You grant us a limited, technical license to host and transmit these images solely to facilitate your shared links.
F. Public link liability
You acknowledge that VTO images shared via a URL link are accessible to anyone who possesses that link. BeyondStyle is not responsible for the further distribution or use of your image by third parties with whom you have shared access.
