Step 1: Remove the printed film on thermometer screen.
Step 2: Add probe cover, located behind insert.
Step 3: Press power button and place in mouth.
Step 4: Wait at least 30 seconds or until you hear a beep. Will beep when ready. (Please refer to instruction under "HOW TO USE.")
