HOW TO USE:
Apply to clean skin
Use a lighter hand and create the brow shape you want (building as you go), then flip and make short hair-like strokes with the precision marker brush-tip pen
To perfect the ink stain, start by filling in any sparse areas and to define arch; working at the bottom of the brow and flicking upward, create hair-like strokes in the mid-center of brow and at the tail end
To help prevent color change in ink, use Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion before application
Try applying Urban Decay Brow Finish or Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray immediately after Urban Decay Brow Blade application
