ABOUT THE BRAND:
Over 45 years ago, after a chance encounter in a sake brewery in Japan, a group of scientists observed that the fermentation process kept the hands of elderly sake brewers extraordinarily soft and youthful in contrast with their aging faces. After years of research, the scientists unlocked one single yeast strain that held the secret to lifelong youthful-looking skin. It was the chance observation in a sake brewery that inspired research on the fermentation process, which eventually led to the discovery of the secret to skin beauty. Relentless research on yeast fermentation finally led to PITERA discovery.
