What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"Classic, quick-drying, and ridiculously versatile—Baggies really do go from water to trail to town without missing a beat. The fit runs roomy, so sizing down is smart if you're between sizes, but the comfort and durability are hard to beat."Summer settles in, and these are the shorts that keep up with every spur-of-the-moment plan—from dawn surf checks to sunset rambles. Made from tough recycled nylon, the Patagonia Baggies 7in Short dries fast after a dip and never feels fussy when the day takes a turn toward trail miles or hammock lounging. A relaxed fit gives legs room to move, the elastic waistband stays comfortable on long warm-weather days, and the internal mesh lining keeps things breathable when the heat ramps up.Whether we’re wading through a river crossing, hopping into a paddleboard session, or just exploring whatever coastline or canyon calls next, these shorts slip easily into the rhythm of summer.
