Nike Adapt Auto Max

The Nike Adapt Auto Max “Infrared” is a futuristic, high-powered performance shoe with an intricate self lacing system. Joining Nike’s collection of technologically advanced footwear like the Adapt BB series and the Adapt Huarache, the Adapt Auto Max is one of the most progressive silhouettes under the Air Max moniker. Drawing favorably from the Air Max 90 of the same nickname, bold hits of “Infrared” dot both the rubberized heel and thick outsole. The upper is composed of a lightweight synthetic fabric for a secure yet flexible fit. Branding appears in the form of a silver Swoosh mid-panel and a space-age-looking Auto Max emblem on the tongue. The split midsole consists of a responsive light grey EVA foam forefoot and aforementioned red rubberized heel where Nike’s power lacing system components are embedded. This touchless system is fully customizable via a downloaded app for your mobile smartphone. A charging pad is included within the shoe box. The Nike Adapt Auto Max “Infrared” was released on May 20, 2020.
