HOW TO USE IT
Apply directly to the eye and blend out color with fingertips. Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition. For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with NARS #25 Smudge Brush (sold separately).
