Inner bristles hold onto formula for an even application while outer bristles detangle and evenly distribute the formula across the hair as you pull from roots to tip.

Place applicator tool on middle and ring fingers and dip bristles into lightening mixture
Develop for 25-45 minutes depending on desired Balayage result
