How To Use: Define the outline of your lips by starting at the cupid’s bow and softly line to the corner of the mouth. After lining, lightly color the lip with the liner, then follow with a corresponding lipstick or gloss shade for added dimension. To Shape and Sculpt Lips: Choose a shade that’s 1-2 shades deeper than your natural lip color.
