The ultra-fine, natural sterile saline mist penetrates deeper into nasal passages to help promote easier breathing.
Remove cap. If using mask, affix it to nozzle before use. Twist top clockwise to start continuous mist flow. Hold nozzle or mask close to nose and mouth to be inhaled while breathing. Inhale mist for 1-5 minutes per session. Twist closed when done. Use as often as needed.
Cleaning and Storage: Clean mask with soap and water or in dishwasher before and after use. Dry fully before storing. Mask and nozzle are dishwasher safe.
