HOW TO USE IT:
- Use daily, morning and/or evening.
- Fingertip apply to lower and upper eyelids, starting from the inner corners and working outward. Gently press for a draining effect.
- Go over the same area with the ultra-cold metal applicator tip, pressing lightly to help de-puff.
- Finish by applying gentle circular pressure to temples.
