Our cordial strawberries, starting with berries ripened to sweet perfection, we dip them in a coating of fondant sugar to sweeten them even more. Then we double coat them in our famous pure milk chocolate.
Set includes - 2 packs of 8 oz each cordial strawberries, total - approximately 8 to 10 pieces

After sitting in its chocolate shell for a short while, the fondant mixes with the natural juices of the strawberry to create a sweet strawberry nectar
After double coating these can become quite large, but everyone seems to find just the right one to fit their taste
